Julie Risha

Chief Financial Officer

Julie has nearly 30 years of experience as a contract specialist and managed contracts for multiple organizations and their clients. This experience spanned the government services, oil production, and real estate industries.

In this capacity, she drafted contracts, proposals, closing documents, tracked payments and deadlines, analyzed risks, and assessed performance. She also performed the payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions, maintaining accurate records for payroll taxes, income statements, and balance sheets.

Julie joined the Curriculum and Training Services team in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. She is looking forward to serving those who train the contract and acquisition community throughout the country.
