New Federal Acquisition Certification Standardization

Brief Overview

On January 19, 2023, the Office of Management and Budget issued a Memorandum for Chief Acquisition Officers and Senior Procurement Executives that changed the acquisition certifications in all non-DoD branches of government.

The Federal Government has now standardized the acquisition professional certification. This standardization has consolidated the previous version into one level, and renewed demand for DAU equivalency courses focused on federally mandated requirements. These exciting new developments mean that now may be the best time to consider expanding your DAU equivalency offerings.
